I hope all is well in your part of the world. Playa Hermosa is absolutely stunning this time of year. We just got out of the wet season and are starting to enter the dry season. This is when Guanacaste is at it's best. Everything is lush and green but not a drop of rain and NO humidity. Man I love living in Costa Rica. The fishing and diving are extraordinary right now, we actually have had whales in the bay the last few weeks.

As expected, the real estate market is booming here now. The word is out, Playa Hermosa is the place to be.

The Palms has been cranking along. As most of you know, October was an incredibly wet month, we actually had record setting rains. While this set us back a few weeks, it actually was a blessing in disguise. It gave us an opportunity to see exactly how the project would hold up under extreme rain. Well, I have great news. The property looks fantastic. No flooding at all, proper drainage abound.

Currently, 4 houses have walls up and a couple more are starting to go. The foundations are ready for the next 8 or 10 houses and should be starting to pour this next week. As you will see from the photos, many of the sidewalks are in and the majority of the underground infrastructure is in as well.
